NEW YORK, Sept. 18, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:TINY), an early-stage, active investor in transformative nanotechnology companies, notes Laser Light Engines' ("LLE") announcement today of the close of a round of financing of $9 million from new and current investors.
